PINEAPPLE COLESLAW 
1 head cabbage, shredded
3/4 pineapple, crushed, drained
2 med. Spanish onions, sliced in rings
1 c. sugar

Layer cabbage, onion and sugar in large bowl.

DRESSING:

1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil

Put dressing ingredients in saucepan. Stir to full boil. Pour over cabbage layers. Soak 4 hours before serving.
