CROCK - POT CHICKEN | |
1 to 2 lbs. breast of chicken 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c. white wine (optional) Rinse chicken breast and pat dry. Season with lemon juice. Mix soups and pour over chicken. Cook on high in crock pot, then low for 6 hours. Serve with rice. |
