CREAM OF GARLIC SOUP 
4 sm. onions, chopped
12 cloves garlic, chopped
4 c. chicken broth
6 oz. sherry
Thyme (pinch)
Pepper (to taste)
1/3 loaf French bread
Cream

Lightly saute onions; garlic in large saucepan. Add chicken broth, thyme, pepper and sherry. Simmer 1 hour. Blend with bread. Add cream.
