HARVEY HOUSE SLAW 
1 head cabbage (slivered, almost 10 c.)
1 green pepper, cut in rings
2 med. onion, cut in rings
1 c. sugar or sugar twin
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

In bowl make layers of cabbage, onion and pepper. Sprinkle 1 cup of sugar over top. In a saucepan, combine 2 teaspoons sugar, celery seed, salt, oil and vinegar. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring well. Pour over slaw. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. To serve, toss and mix well.
