HEAVENLY PEACH JAM 
8 c. sliced peaches
3 oranges sliced and cut in small pieces
2 bottles (8 oz.) maraschino cherries
1 c. sliced pecans
2/3 c. sugar per cup of peaches and oranges

Put sliced peaches and sliced oranges in large pan. Measure our sugar for the amount of fruit you have. Bring this mixture to a boil and boil gently for 1 hour stirring often. 15 minutes before cooking is finished, add cherries and pecans.

Pour hot into sterilized jars.
