SQUASH SOUP 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. cooked ground pork
1 c. tomato sauce
3 med. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 lg. squash, sliced thin
6 c. beef bouillon

Heat oil, add onion and saute for 2 minutes or until onion is soft, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Serve with warm tortillas. 6 servings.
