SHIPWRECK 
1 lb. ground beef
Worcestershire sauce
2 onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
Green pepper, thinly sliced
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (with liquid)
2 c. celery, chopped

Brown one chopped onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Add 1 pound ground beef and 2 to 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; brown meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread onion and meat mixture evenly in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Add a layer of each remaining ingredients. Garnish with rings of green pepper and dabs of catsup. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with cole slaw and small dessert.
