SHIPWRECK 
1 lb. hamburg
5 med. potatoes, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
1 c. chopped celery
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger; drain off excess fat. In greased casserole dish, put a layer of potatoes, onions, hamburg, and beans. Cover with soup, water, and celery. Season to taste. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
