SAUERKRAUT AND PORK 
2 lbs. pork, cubed
1 1/2 lbs. sauerkraut
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. Crisco
1 onion, minced
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown onions in Crisco. Add paprika and meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Add sauerkraut which has been soaked in water and drained. Cook until sauerkraut is done. Add sour cream and heat thoroughly.
