SWEET & SOUR CABBAGE 
6 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. grated apple
Salt Substitute (see recipe in Potpourri)
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. raisins

Cook cabbage, apple and salt substitute in water over low heat for 15 minutes. Mix flour with vinegar until smooth. Add to cabbage along with honey and butter. Add raisins. Cook 15 minutes longer. Optional - add sauteed mushrooms to the mixture.
