SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage (I use 1/2 green & 1/2 red)
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. oil or butter
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Sweet & Low

Saute onions in oil. Add cabbage, vinegar and Sweet and Low. Simmer until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. (I don't use salt.)
