COCOA-BUTTERMILK CAKE 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 sticks butter

Oven at 400 degrees. Mix eggs and buttermilk Beat in sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon and soda; set aside. Combine butter, water, and cocoa in medium pan; bring to a boil; reduce heat and boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add warm cocoa mixture to flour mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix butter, milk, and cocoa in pan. Boil, reduce and boil 5 minutes stirring occasionally; beat in sugar; add vanilla and pecans and stir. Pour hot icing over cake. Yummy!
