POTATO SKINS 
2 lb. red potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch wedges or half
crumbled bacon or bacon bits
non fat cooking spray to lightly coat potatoes
2 tbsp. onion seasoning
shredded cheese
sour cream

Toss together ingredients in bowl with lid and shake. Spread on baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes. In the last 5 minutes add shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Continue to heat until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
