STEVE ROBERT'S GUACAMOLE 
1/2 to 1/3 white onion
1 bunch green onions
2 tomatoes
3 or 4 avocados
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 sm. can of diced jalapeno chiles to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt

Mash avocados, some chunks o.k. Dice white onion, white part of green onions and tomatoes. Add to avocado with drained chiles, pepper. Stir in the lemon juice and salt to taste. Serve fresh.

(If any is leftover, cover and refrigerate. It will turn brown. Add more lemon juice to change the color back to green and brighten the taste.
