2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg

TOPPING:

1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. firm butter

Mix first 4 ingredients and mix for 30 seconds. Spread in 9 x 1 1/2 inch greased pan. Mix last 4 ingredients and sprinkle over the batter. Bake 18 to 22 minutes at 375 degrees.
