VEAL PARMIGIANA 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. paprika
2 lb. veal steak
1 egg
1/4 c. salad oil
6 oz. spaghetti noodles
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
Dash onion and garlic salt

Mix crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and paprika. Dip meat in egg, roll in mixture. Brown in hot oil. Place cooked spaghetti in baking dish. Top with meat and Mozzarella cheese. Add tomato sauce combined with oregano, onion salt. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
