PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
Unbaked 9 inch pie shell
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In medium mixing bowl with electric beater on medium speed, beat together the eggs sugar, corn syrup, peanut butter and vanilla until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 to 60 minutes or until crust is brown and filling is puffy.

Variation: Beat together eggs, sugar, syrup and vanilla, then stir in peanut butter before pouring into crust to bake.
