TACO PIE 
1 lg. Pillsbury crescent rolls refrig. dough
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Sliced olives
Green chilies, optional
Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. grated cheese (I use med. Cheddar & Monterey, 1/2 & 1/2)
1/2 of 15 oz. bag crushed nacho, taco, salsa or plain tortilla chips
1/2 c. sour cream (or more, depends on how much you like)

How to mix: One 9 inch pie pan, press dough in bottom of pie pan and form to sides and bottom. Sprinkle 1/2 of crushed chips on top of dough. Cook hamburger, drain and add taco seasoning, follow package directions. Then add olives, mushrooms and green chilies. Spread over top of chips. Top hamburger mixture with sour cream, spread around. Top with grated cheese and sprinkle remainder of crushed chips over top of cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve wedges with lettuce and tomato on top and taco sauce.
