GRANDMA'S YUM YUM SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. pineapple, crushed
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix together. 1/2 c. whipped heavy cream

Chill Jello mixture until just jelled. Fold in the cheese and cream. Chill until firm.

Summer salad or dessert.
