TWICE COOKED HOT DOGS | |
Hot dogs (2 or more per person) Mashed potatoes (instant are best, 1 serving per person) American cheese slice (1 per hot dog) Boil hot dogs until done. Cut a slit down the middle (do not cut all the way in half) and open up. Place them on a cookie sheet, spoon mashed potatoes onto the open hot dog, be generous. Take a cheese slice, cut in half and place cross wise on each end of the hot dog. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Very fast, easy and yummy. Kids love them. |
