CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
3/4 c. corn flakes crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Wash and pat dry chicken wings. Dip wings in mixture of egg, slightly beaten with the 2 tablespoons milk. Then roll wings in mixture of 3/4 cup corn flake crumbs, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Place in well greased or foil lined cookie sheet, do not cover or turn over. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
