SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
2 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. peanut butter 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large electric fry pan. Set control dial at 280 degrees. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off fry pan, add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended. Turn into a buttered 8-inch square pan. Cool before cutting into squares. |
