HEATH BAR COOKIES 
1 box saltine crackers
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. real butter
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Line 11 x 15 inch jelly roll pan with saltines. Fill in edges with broken pieces of crackers. Melt butter, butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for full 3 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chocolate morsels. Wait a few minutes to let them soften, then spread chocolate to edge of pan. Allow to cool, cut into bars with knife. Makes 30-40 bars.
