SHRIMP CREOLE 
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 lg. bell peppers, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. oil
2 cans tomatoes (mashed)
5 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp
1 bag Crab Boil
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions, bell peppers and celery in oil until tender. Add tomatoes (mashed up) including juice. Simmer for several hours. (Add water if necessary.)

Add shrimp to the boiling mixture and place a bag of Crab Boil in mixture, mashing it every once in a while until it is a tasty (spicy) as you want it. Take the bag out. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked rice. (More tomato sauce may be used.
