MEAT AND POTATOES (Microwave) 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
2-4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup

Crumble ground beef in 2 quart casserole, cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Drain, season with salt and pepper.

Layer sliced onion, then sliced potato on top of meat. Pour soup over all. (Soup may be diluted with 1/2 can of milk or water if desired.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
