MUSHROOM WHITE SAUCE 
1/4 lb. mushrooms
1/2 cube butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/8 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. milk
Shredded Jack cheese

Saute mushrooms, onion, garlic in butter. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve over linguine, fettucini, or spaghetti. Top with shredded cheese.
