YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1/4 c. melted butter 1 lb. yellow squash, thinly sliced 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper Melt butter in 1 1/2 quart dish; add squash, salt, and pepper. Combine: 1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. chopped pimento 1 tsp. sugar Pour over squash. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. |
