YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. melted butter
1 lb. yellow squash, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped pimento
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion

Pour melted butter into 1 1/2 quart casserole, add squash, salt and pepper. Combine egg, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, pimento and sugar. Mix well and pour over squash. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. 4 to 5 servings.
