YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lb. yellow squash
1/2 onion, chopped
3/4 c. grated cheese
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Cook squash, season with bacon drippings. In casserole dish, make layers of squash, onion and green pepper. Pour soup over; sprinkle with cheese. Then sprinkle with dry bread crumbs and bake until done in 350 degree oven.
