WILD RICE & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (6 3/4 oz.) Minute Long Grain & Wild Rice
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chablis or 2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. diced, cooked chicken or cooked shrimp

Prepare rice mix as directed on package. Spoon intl lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour. Gradually add milk and stir over low heat until mixture is thickened and smooth. Add cheese and wine; stirring until cheese is melted. Add chicken and sauce to rice in casserole, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
