CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1 med. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
Dash of season salt

Saute mushrooms, onions, and celery. Boil noodles as per directions on the package. Combine all ingredients; spoon on mushroom soup; season to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cover last 15 minutes or microwave on high for 7 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
