Crush 20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies (with icing)

A food processor works very well. Set aside.

First mix:

1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Set aside.

Next mix:

3 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Then add:

12 oz. Cool Whip

Combine second mixture with first mixture. Beginning and ending with cookies, alternate 1/2 inch thick layers in an 8-inch flower pot.

Decorate with artificial flower and serve with a garden tool. Enjoy!
