BEEFY RICE 
1 c. white long cooking rice
2 cans Campbell's beef consomme
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 stick butter, cut into pats

Pour dry rice into casserole dish. Pour on soup (do not stir); add onion (do not stir); float butter pats on top (do not stir). Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour (do not stir). When soup is absorbed, rice is done. Then stir and serve.
