MARVELOUS MINT BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup

MINT FILLING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. mint flavoring or 2 to 3 drops
Peppermint oil
2 tbsp. milk
2 to 3 drops green food color

Cream together butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, add to egg mixture. Add chocolate syrup beating with mixer. Pour mixture into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

FOR FILLING: Mix together all filling ingredients and spread onto cooled brownies. Chill in refrigerator while melting together 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and 6 tablespoons butter. Cool chocolate slightly and spread over frosted brownies. Chill if desired before cutting.
