PEAR COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. orange juice
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 lb. can pears, drained
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
Cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients for cake, add oil, juice and eggs. Mix well. Top with mixture for topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in floured pan at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
