CHEDDAR SHELLS AND FRANKS 
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. diced onions
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Paprika
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 c. cooked shells (med. size)
3 hot dogs, cut in 1/2 inch slices
Parsley

Butter 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Brown diced onions in butter until soft. Add Worcestershire, mustard, flour, salt, pepper and milk,. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer until thick. Add cheddar cheese; heat until melted.
