CAULIFLOWER HAM CHOWDER 
1 c. cauliflower
1 (13 oz.) can chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 can cream of potato soup
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 c. diced ham

In large saucepan, cook cauliflower in chicken broth until tender (do not drain). Mix in bowl, soup and cream. Mix in another bowl, water, cornstarch, and pepper. Mix all together, then add to cauliflower. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in ham. Simmer for 10 minutes.
