BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli (3 stalks)
1 box mushrooms, sliced
2 med. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped (red ones look pretty in salad)
Good Seasons Italian dressing

Cut broccoli into small pieces. Place in boiling water (pinch of salt) until color brightens, about 2 minutes. Broccoli should be crisp. Cool immediately in cold water; drain.

Mix broccoli, mushrooms, onions, green or red pepper together. Prepare Italian dressing according to directions. Add to salad; toss. Chill and serve.
