CHICKEN ALA PARIS 
4 lg. chicken breasts, split
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sherry

Place breasts, skin side up, in baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream, sherry, and mushrooms. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
