OLD FASHIONED POT PIE 
1 box pie crust mix (1 stick)
3 whole chicken breast
4 hard boiled eggs, boiled
1 stick butter
8 tbsp. flour (1/2 c.)
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
4 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken until tender. Reserve stock, cut chicken in bite-size pieces. Cover bottom of casserole dish with chicken. Top with egg slices.

To make sauce, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add broth and cook until thickened. Pour over chicken and eggs. Top with pie crust (roll according to directions on box). Can use both sticks for thicker crust. Dot with butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
