APPLE YOGURT COFFEE CAKE 
TOPPING:

1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts

CAKE:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix until well blended. Stir in apples. Pour batter into 9"x2" round dish. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean at 350 degrees. Sprinkle topping on after 10 minutes of baking.
