NOODLE RING WITH CREAMED CHICKEN 
lb. noodles
3 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. catsup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt & pepper

Cook noodles and drain. Beat eggs well. Combine with other ingredients. Add to noodles and pour into buttered ring mold. Set in pan of hot water and bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Unmold carefully onto a large platter and fill center with creamed chicken. Spaghetti, macaroni or rice can be used instead of noodles.

CREAMED CHICKEN:

2 c. chicken
2 tbsp. fat
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk or cream
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
1 egg yolk

Make white sauce of fat, flour, milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Beat egg yolk and add 2 tablespoons milk; pour into mixture. Cook 2 minutes.

Vary by adding peas, chopped pimientos, olives, hard boiled eggs or mushrooms.
