SOUR CREAM NOODLES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1/2 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles until tender, drain and rinse. Mix noodles with sour cream. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and mix. Place in lightly greased 1 quart casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Delicious side dish for meats or all vegetable dinners.
