SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (2 c.) 1 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 c. cottage cheese 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 tbsp. onion 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Brown ground beef and onion. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. To the noodles, add butter, sour cream, cottage cheese, and shredded Cheddar cheese. Alternate noodle mixture and meat in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
