CINNAMON MUNCH 
1/3 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
4 c. bite-size shredded corn or rice squares
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Place butter in a 2 quarts baking dish or deep bowl. Microwave on high, 40 seconds or until melted. Add cereal to butter mixture. Stir gently until evenly coated. Microwave on high, for 2 minutes, stirring after each minute. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the cereal. Stir to bring unsugared cereal to top. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Spread on absorbent paper to cool. Yield: 3-4 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
