TURKEY RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 c. chicken or turkey broth
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. minute rice
2 c. cooked chopped turkey or chicken
1 can mushrooms
1/3 c. green pepper

Melt butter in pot, add flour, salt and pepper. Stir in broth, then milk, add rice, turkey, mushrooms and green pepper.

Pour into a 2 quart dish.

Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes at 350°F.
