1/2 c. salad dressing
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. chopped cherries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped apricots (optional)
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. heavy cream
2 drops red food coloring

Add salad dressing to softened cream cheese. Mix until blended. Stir in fruit, sugar and food coloring. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into a 9x5 loaf tin. Freeze. One hour before serving, let thaw.
