FROZEN COCKTAIL SALAD 
Store no longer than 4 weeks. Makes 8 servings.

2 c. dairy sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can (30 oz.) fruit cocktail, drained
2 med. bananas, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 jar (10 oz.) maraschino cherries (3/4 c.), halved

Mix sour cream, sugar and lemon juice, fruit cocktail, bananas, walnuts and cherries. Pour mixture into 2 refrigerator trays. Cover, label. Freeze until firm, at least 24 hours. (Upright freezers will freeze salad in about 2 hours).

15 minutes before serving, remove frozen salad from freezer; place in refrigerator. Cut into 8 pieces, 2 x 2 1/4 inches. Stemmed berries make a bright garnish.
