APRICOT PIE 
1 unbaked pie crust
1 can apricot halves, drain juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
Sm. carton of whipping cream

Place apricot halves upright in unbaked pie shell. Mix together 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour. Sprinkle over apricots. Pour small carton whipping cream over mixture. Bake in slow oven for 1 1/2 hours.
