CARAMEL STICKY BUNS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
2 tbsp. white granulated sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. light cream (20%)
1 egg
36 pecan halves

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place 2 tsp. each of butter and brown sugar in bottom of 12 muffin cups. Place muffin pan in oven to melt.

Mix together remaining ingredients (except for pecan halves); beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Remove muffin pan from oven. Place 3 pecan halves into each cup.

Divide batter evenly between all 12 cups (about 1/2 full) and bake 15 minutes. Immediately invert pan and remove buns to prevent sticking.
